Description: 

The Township of Brock (the Township) is seeking General Contractors to provide construction services, under a CCDC-
2-2020 Stipulated Price Contract, for the Renovation and Addition to the Sunderland Arena. The Township is requesting
information from interested parties (General Contractors) to qualify them for the specified scope of work.

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, renovations to the main lobby area including new washrooms
and amenities. Existing rooms are to be repurposed. The ice surface will be made larger by way of an addition to the
main structure. Existing bleachers will be modified to suit the wider ice surface. New dasher boards will be installed.
The existing refrigeration plant will be replaced along with all piping and concrete slab. An addition including six (6) new
changerooms will be constructed.
